Refugees Token
Refugees Token, launched on June 6, 2021, by a team based in Greece, is a charity-focused cryptocurrency project. The project aims to provide refugees with a means to send funds to their families via cryptocurrencies and allows people to offer assistance through donations. Additionally, the project is developing an application where each transaction will incur a 1% tax, which will directly support the charity.
Besides its charitable purpose, Refugees Token is designed to be a deflationary token, which rewards holders by distributing tokens to them. Transactions carry a 10% tax fee, split into 5% for auto-adding liquidity and 5% distributed to holders and the burn address. Notably, over 52% of the token's initial supply was sent to the burn address at the project's inception.
