The project in question, RaiseR, is a unique market for permissionless credit issuance and secondary market liquidity named RaiDEX. It allows anyone to borrow capital based on their on-chain creditworthiness, without necessarily posting collateral. Lenders can assess borrower quality through on-chain credit scoring and community participation. Additionally, it creates a zero-coupon bond market by tokenizing each borrow. It stands apart due to its 100% community ownership and governance, open access to all as borrowers, lenders, or traders, and the ability to create issuances and fund diverse opportunities. It also allows traders to access secondary markets for all successful issuances. The project was conceived in December 2022 after a market crash, with the aim of filling a need in the DeFi/crypto space. The platform’s Testnet will soon be live, followed by the Fullnet on Solana blockchain. The RZR token is used as platform fuel, burnt as a transaction fee, and is necessary to acquire the governance token, veRZR.
