qOSMO
qOSMO
qOSMO is a liquid staked Osmo token issued by the Quicksilver protocol. It allows users to unlock liquidity for Osmo while staking and earning staking rewards. This enables users to utilize their staked Osmo in decentralized finance (DeFi) applications without relinquishing staking rewards.
Design and Features
qOSMO is designed with an intent system that allows users to determine the validator set and fees associated with the staked Osmo. It has a fee structure of 3.5% of staking rewards, making it an efficient liquid staking solution.
Use Cases
qOSMO is intended to improve the decentralization of the Osmosis network by unlocking liquidity for staked Osmo, thereby increasing its usefulness in DeFi applications.
