Purpose is a cryptocurrency token built on the ERC-20 Token Standard that allows individuals to contribute to its altruistic goals by holding it. The token's core feature is generating a second token called DUBI (Decentralized Universal Basic Income). DUBI is supported by a large community and an independent group of developers who work together to increase its value. The goal is to eventually distribute DUBI among the global population using an on-chain allowance contract that allocates DUBI to each individual at a rate potentially set from 1 to 100 times the DUBI output of the Purpose token, optionally incorporating automated taxation for government compliance.
