Pencil DAO operates with a governance token known as PENCIL, which has a limited supply of 1 million tokens. The token is subject to a 4% liquidity tax and 3% buyback tax on transactions. The platform has successfully bought back and burned 15,000 PENCIL, and its liquidity is locked for approximately 1 year on MojitoSwap.
