Protocol Overview
Overnight.fi specializes in neutral-risk strategies, with USD+, a yield-driven stablecoin fully backed by collateral generated through DeFi strategies. The collateral includes lending to platforms like Aave and employs both stablecoin-to-stablecoin and neutral-risk strategies.
OVN Token
The OVN token plays a dual role:
- It promotes and popularizes USD+ by using OVN for bribes.
- It enables a robust and decentralized risk monitoring and management process at the protocol level.
As a governance token, OVN provides standard voting rights, aligning community incentives to support conservative risk decisions and veto aggressive ones, ensuring robust risk management within the protocol.
