Nsure Network
Nsure Network is a decentralized insurance project inspired by Lloyd’s of London. It operates as a marketplace where insurance risks are traded, and premiums are determined by a Dynamic Pricing Model. This model uses the entire platform’s capital supply and demand to set prices, similar to a free market mechanism. The prices are adjusted based on supply and demand with moderate stabilization of price changes.

- Governance Token: NSURE is the governance token for the Nsure Network.
- Dynamic Pricing Model: The premium is calculated based on three factors: Capital Demand, Capital Supply, and Risk Adjustment.
- Capital Demand: Calculated by multiplying the Total Value Locked (TVL) figures of the protocol with a demand ratio.
- Capital Supply: The amount of Nsure tokens staked on the protocol.
- Risk Adjustment: A risk rating based on the protocol’s riskiness.
- Underwriting Programme: Stakers can stake up to four times their Nsure tokens across up to ten projects, subject to certain balance restrictions.
