Navi Protocol
NAVI Protocol is a decentralized liquidity protocol operating within the Sui ecosystem. It allows users to participate as liquidity providers or borrowers, providing essential DeFi infrastructure.
Liquidity Pools
NAVI supports a wide variety of asset pairs. Users can deposit assets into liquidity pools, becoming liquidity providers and earning yield in the form of passive income. Liquidity providers receive LP tokens, which represent their share of the pool and act as collateral to borrow other assets from the pool. The collateralization ratio dynamically adjusts based on supply and demand
Borrowing
Borrowers can permissionlessly obtain loans from the liquidity pools. The interest rate for borrowers increases based on their utilization of collateralized funds, providing higher yields for liquidity providers. The platform includes features such as automatic leverage vaults and isolation mode to reduce systemic risks.
Governance
Token holders have the right to vote on proposals and changes to the protocol, including setting interest rates and adding new assets.
User Interaction
NAVI supports various asset types at different risk levels, ensuring the protection of user funds. Users interact with the protocol through SUI-compatible wallets.
Security Features
NAVI features advanced security algorithms to mitigate solvency risks. It also includes measures such as isolation mode and risk management improvements to minimize the risks associated with lending and borrowing.
