The Name Change Token (NCT) is the native token of the Hashmasks artwork. It serves a single purpose: allowing its holder to give their Hashmask a unique name that is permanently stored and publicly visible on the Ethereum Blockchain. This feature commoditizes the name itself, making it the rarest of all attributes within the entire project.
Function
The NCT token primarily enables Hashmask holders to assign unique names to their assets, which adds significant value and rarity to the collectibles. This unlocks a new dimension for collectibles, where the value hierarchy of individual pieces is highly impacted by consumer preferences.
