The virtual map of MetaTrace mirrors the real world, with physical activity impacting game events and avatars mimicking player movements.

The mission of MetaTrace is to inspire and encourage millions of people to interact more with the real world and engage in physical activity daily. Using Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, the project enhances the real world with interactive elements. It seeks to introduce tens of millions of users to the world of Web3 technologies.

The principles of MetaTrace include engaging gameplay, a qualitative free-to-play model, stability of the game economy, transparency in communication with players, prize pool formation, simplicity and accessibility of Web3 solutions, data security, and active combat against farming in the game.
