MetaToll, or $TAX, is a digital currency token with a circulating supply of one trillion at launch. The total supply will only increase when P2A tokens are burnt during disbursement of funds. These tokens will transition to the administrator, MetaTariff, where they will remain in escrow and, at no point, become the property of the administrator. These tokens will be liquidated according to the preferences of governing bodies, but MetaTariff maintains the right to include fiat currency in the initial offer while transitioning totally to cryptocurrency eventually. All $TAX tokens in escrow can't be refunded or redistributed. After liquidation and burning of $TAX tokens, the same amount of new supply will be redistributed with additional new supply added as needed, agreed upon by the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
