The Token
VCOIN, an ERC-20 token, is integrated into the IMVU metaverse, where over 1 million daily active users can transact with it. It received an SEC Staff No-Action Letter in November 2020, enabling it to be sold as a non-security.
Usage
Users can purchase VCOIN on IMVU using a credit or debit card at a fixed rate. The currency is not only an integral part of IMVU but also set to be utilized in other metaverses like WithMe. Its exchange rate allows users to easily convert VCOIN to fiat currency.
