MetaCity is the first Metaverse IDLE NFT game built on Arbitrum, aiming to become a globally recognized social networking game. History
The project began developing its concept and researching the market from Q1 to Q2 in 2022. From Q3 to Q4 of 2022, the art style and game document were developed, and the game was built. In January 2023, the alpha test and platform development took place, followed by the game trailer, project documentation, and community development in February 2023. March 2023 saw a private sale, whitelist sale, and listing.
Next Steps
Within March 2023, the game will be launched, along with a DApp featuring a swap, NFT offering, NFT marketplace, and staking. In April 2023, a DEX and in-game gamble feature will be built, and the project will be listed on a CEX. Q2 2023 will see the release of a new game version, the construction of game guilds, and the integration of cross-chain assets. For Q3 2023, new buildings and characters will be added, along with in-game ads and more CEX listings. Finally, a full metaverse upgrade is planned for Q4 2023.
