LunaDoge is a DeFi meme token that uses two functions, static rewards and automatic liquidity pool (LP) acquisition through transaction taxes. Each trade has a 5% tax for both static rewards and LP acquisition. Static rewards are intended to alleviate selling pressure and encourage long-term holding of the token. Rewards are allocated proportionally among all LunaDoge holders, based on the total number of tokens held. Automatic LP acquisition involves selling half of each taxed transaction to BNB (which pairs with LunaDoge in the liquidity pool), with the equivalent value in BNB and LunaDoge then added to the pool. This helps increase the pool and the price stability of the token. This mechanism aims to limit large price fluctuations and offers long-term benefits by mitigating issues linked with static rewards.
