Key Features
- 0% Interest Rate: Users can borrow at 0% interest, eliminating the need to worry about compound interest.
- 110% Collateral Ratio: A user's vault must have a collateral ratio of at least 110% to secure the loan.
- Native Tokens: Liquid Loans operates with two native tokens: LOAN and USDL.
- Decentralized Stablecoin: By locking up PLS and minting USDL, users can participate in secure, decentralized stablecoin transactions.
- No Governance: The protocol is governance-free and fully distributed.
Tokens
- USDL: The stablecoin backed by PLS collateral. USDL holders can provide stability to the ecosystem and earn income.
- LOAN: The utility token used for staking. LOAN holders earn rewards from protocol fees.
