Cross-Chain Capability
LEND enables users to borrow and lend assets across different blockchain networks, making it possible to tap into larger liquidity pools. Users can deposit assets on one chain and borrow on another, thanks to the Mortgage Master model contract, which ensures secure cross-chain transactions.

Risk Mitigation
The protocol employs a risk-mitigated approach, requiring borrowers to provide over-collateralization to ensure optimal liquidity. Unhealthy accounts are subject to automated liquidations, maintaining the stability of the protocol. The money markets only supply the most liquid assets available, further enhancing stability.
