IGNITE is a decentralized prediction platform that relies on large data intelligent computing and analysis. It uses incentives to encourage participants to communicate their predictions about future events. Users of the platform use IGT tokens to pay for forecasts and to virtually buy and sell "outcome shares". The value of these shares fluctuates depending on the perceived probability of an event happening. IGNITE determines the winning outcome when an event occurs in real life, based on the Event's Oracle. There is no exchange (Fiat or IGT tokens) between the buyers and sellers of the outcome shares.
