Hush is a cryptocurrency that focuses on providing advanced security and privacy. It uses zkSNARK, TLS, TOR nodes, and bitcore, making it a highly secure privacy coin. Launched in November 2016, Hush is also a secure messaging platform and a fork of the Zcash codebase. It has its own blockchain network which acts as both a store of value and a medium of exchange. Hush also offers HushList, a secure protocol and private messenger allowing contact lists of infinite receivers. Transactions can be shielded or made transparent using the ZCash protocol. Hush distinguishes itself by hiding all metadata and interoperating with forks.
