The GRAFT blockchain seeks to solve many issues that cryptocurrencies face in point-of-sale transactions including long wait times and high transaction costs. It provides a merchant-friendly solution, offering an app that accepts various cryptocurrencies, instant transaction confirmation, real-time settlements and payouts in local currencies. The payment process is similar to using a credit card or mobile wallet, with small transaction fees charged to the merchant. GRAFT also provides income opportunities for partners in its network, including transaction processing fees for Supernode owners and various service provisions for independent software vendors and service brokers. Operating on its own blockchain, GRAFT is not subject to issues like latency and fees associated with ERC20 tokens, giving it an advantage in offering payment services.
