The Glacier Project is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Avalanche (AVAX) C-Chain. It operates as a ve(3,3) DEX, which is a specific type of decentralized exchange. The project stands out as the highest-grossing ve(3,3) DEX on the AVAX C-Chain and is the only one to have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification with AVA Labs. Glacier has secured partnerships with notable entities such as Yield Yak and GMX.
Project History
Glacier launched on March 30th and achieved significant milestones within a short period. It reached over 18 million in Total Value Locked (TVL) within two days and consistently records over 100,000 in daily trading volume, with increasing activity.
Future Developments
The Glacier Project plans to expand its partnerships and launch trading competitions. Additionally, the team is working on other initiatives that are not yet publicly disclosed.
Token Usage
The GLCR token can be locked into an ERC-721 token called veGLCR, which enables holders to participate in weekly votes on liquidity providers (LPs). By doing so, users can earn fees and bribes from the trading pairs.
