WTT Token
The WTT token is an Ethereum token representing the right to use 1 watt's worth of mining equipment space at Giga Watt's facility, rent-free for 50 years. Token holders can house their mining equipment at the facility without additional rental fees for the specified time period.
Services and Customization
Giga Watt offers a variety of custom packages and services to accommodate clients who own their mining equipment, including models not distributed by Giga Watt's Partner. This flexibility enables clients to host their equipment at Giga Watt's facility, even if they did not obtain it through the Partner entity.
Partnerships and Settlement
Giga Watt has been involved in a class-action lawsuit related to the distribution of proceeds from its initial token offering. The lawsuit claims that funds were released without proportional completion of the mining facilities. The court has approved a settlement, and eligible token holders can submit claims for a cash payment.
