Overview
GEMSTON is a cross-chain zero-trust DEX and a leading AMM DEX on TON. It employs a unique approach using Request For Quote (RFQ)-based cross-chain exchange, relying on Hashed Timelock Contracts (HTLC) to execute cross-chain swaps atomically. This approach eliminates the need for trusted entities, offering a combination of deep liquidity and price stability while maintaining uncompromising security.
History
GEMSTON was founded in May 2022, and its AMM DEX on TON was launched on November 20.
Future Developments
The project plans to initiate cross-chain swaps starting with TON-TRON swaps, followed by EVM-compatible chains. Additionally, it aims to implement DAO Governance and a Telegram Web application.
Token Utility
GEMSTON is an engagement token designed to incentivize active participation in the STON.fi protocol. These tokens are fungible, can be freely transferred, traded, or held, and are funded to stakers' wallets on the TON Blockchain.
