Fortress is an algorithmic money market and synthetic stablecoin protocol designed to provide secure, trustless credit and lending to users on Binance Smart Chain. Users can lend and borrow cryptocurrencies by pledging an over-collateralized amount of cryptocurrency to the platform. The protocol operates using money markets, which are pools of assets with algorithmically derived interest rates based on supply and demand.
Lending assets to Fortress earns compounded interest as rewards. Users can also mint stablecoins or borrow other assets against their supplied assets. Loans on Fortress do not require monthly payments, late fees, and can be repaid at any time. The protocol uses smart contracts to ensure transparency and automation.
