Genetic load, which measures the average fitness of a population relative to optimal or most fit genotypes, can increase due to deleterious mutations, migration, inbreeding, or outcrossing, thus affecting evolutionary outcomes.

Beyond biological aspects, FitEvo incorporates practical applications of fitness principles. For instance, it recognizes that as individuals begin and sustain their fitness journeys, regular workouts—ideally two to three times a week—can significantly impact their fitness goals, leading to improved health, increased energy, and reduced stress.
