The shares of Enegra Group Ltd are held by a licensed Trust Company as a Nominee for EGX token holders, ensuring that all rights and distributions are passed on to token holders. This includes voting rights and any distributions. Due to the security nature of EGX, investors are required to undergo KYC/AML checks, agree to the EGX Terms & Conditions, and have their wallet address qualified before holding EGX in a self-custody wallet.
