Description

ENCOINS is a decentralized private accounts and payments protocol built on the Cardano blockchain. It enables users to create NFTs (encos) with concealed redeeming values, effectively enhancing user privacy by encrypting redemption amounts. This protocol also discretion the amounts of ADA in users' wallets during transactions with other users and decentralized applications (dapps).

The Ledger Mode feature facilitates the transmission and reception of payments in encos using the ENCOINS Ledger script, ensuring the recipient’s privacy is protected as long as they do not withdraw the received encos.

ENCOINS is the first and only privacy protocol available on the Cardano blockchain. It has been continuously developed and refined, with an existing v1 version available for use. The protocol is designed to allow users to make private transactions not only in ADA but also in various Cardano-native assets. Additionally, it is planned to support Cardano Private Smart Contracts.

The ENCS token serves multiple purposes, primarily used for running validator nodes via staking and making governance decisions to allocate network resources.
