It is backed by a diversified basket of yield-bearing, trusted stablecoin derivatives residing in Compound and Aave (aUSDC, cUSDC, aUSDT, cUSDT). EUSD offers censorship-resistant and community-governed features, with proof of reserves maintained on-chain 24/7, rendering it auditable and transparent. This stablecoin is designed to provide a reliable store of value and is deployable on both the Ethereum and MobileCoin blockchains.

On the Ethereum blockchain, EUSD functions as a censorship-resistant stablecoin for DAO treasuries and deep DeFi liquidity, while on the MobileCoin blockchain, it facilitates private, fast, and low-fee transactions, ensuring borderless payments at sub-penny fees. This is achieved through self-custody, end-to-end zero-knowledge encryption, and a KYC/AML-permissioned bridge.

EUSD empowers users with full control over their assets while maintaining regulatory compliance through permissioned liquidity providers. Its decentralized governance ensures that all yield generated by the underlying assets is directed towards RSR stakers who provide overcollateralization protection.

The eUSD bridge, managed by Reserve Protocol, allows the stablecoin to be minted on Ethereum and utilized on the MobileCoin network, providing users with a completely private and regulatory-friendly digital cash experience.
