Overview

The Open Campus Protocol is a decentralized solution designed to address the major challenges in modern education. It empowers educators, content creators, parents, and co-publishers by providing a platform to create, own, and share educational content. The protocol utilizes NFT technology to enable content creators to monetize their work with financial support from co-publishers.

History

Open Campus began development in 2023 with strategic partnerships from launch partners such as Animoca Brands, The Sandbox, and TinyTap. The protocol's NFT publication, Publisher NFT, was successfully adopted by TinyTap and held a notable auction with a sale of 243 ETH.

Future Development

The project will continue to expand its marketplace for creators to generate and sell assets. Additionally, it is integrating foundation features such as Smart Donation and Scholarship Grants.

Token (EDU)

The EDU token powers all educational activities within the EDU Foundation, facilitating a peer review system, Smart donations, purchases and sales of Publisher NFTs, and the granting of scholarships. The token has a fixed supply of 1 billion and is available on the BNB Smart Chain as a BEP-20 token.
