DUO Network
DUO Network is a decentralized platform that enables the issuance, trading, and settlement of tokenized digital derivatives. It allows for the creation of tokenized financial products such as dual-class tokens, options, and structured products that are fully collateralized by crypto assets. The platform aims to reduce risks and barriers in traditional derivative trading and create a transparent and autonomous derivative marketplace.
Key Mechanisms
- Custodian Smart Contract: Responsible for creating and redeeming DUO tokens, safekeeping underlying digital assets, calculating token net values, and executing Reset events.
- Token Structure: Dual-class tokens: Class A (Income Token) and Class B (Leverage Token). Class A tokens accumulate interests and receive token payments at each Reset event. Class B tokens entitle holders to leveraged participation in the underlying digital assets.

- Collateralized Autonomous Tokens (CATs): Combines fixed income and leveraged exposure to digital assets. Each CAT is fully collateralized and represents a different payoff structure.
- Reset Events: Occur periodically, during which Class A tokens receive token payments.
