Devvio is the world's most sustainable blockchain, leveraging its unique cross-shard architecture to achieve unparalleled transaction throughput and scalability. The DevvX blockchain employs a byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm called Proof-of-Validation (PoV). It offers a RESTful API, allowing web developers to integrate the blockchain seamlessly into applications with minimal blockchain experience. DevvX also boasts high energy efficiency, using one-third of one billionth the energy of Bitcoin.
The blockchain is constructed from a network of blockchains called shards, each of which can facilitate custom smart contracts, tokens, and application-specific requirements. When an application requires additional capacity, DevvX simply spins up additional shards to meet the demand.
