DangerMoon is a cryptocurrency aiming to balance the interests of investors and thrill-seekers by providing a fundamentally hard asset. The project incorporates a taxation mechanism, where a percentage of each transaction goes to a liquidity pool and a prize pool. The prize pool accumulates until a payout is triggered, rewarding a randomly selected HODLer. To remain eligible for payouts, holders must not sell their tokens. If a selected winner has sold their tokens, the prize will be redistributed to the next winner. Additionally, there is a burn address that maintains at least a 1% chance of winning payouts, making the currency inherently deflationary. Users can also voluntarily burn their tokens to enhance their chances of winning. Beyond the prize mechanism, DangerMoon tokens can be used for various applications developed by the project team.
