Dafi Protocol (DAFI) is a decentralized economy solution designed to reward networks by creating synthetics to incentivize long-term users. This approach aims to prevent the over-issuance of tokens by linking the distribution of synthetic tokens to the actual adoption of networks.
DAFI tokens can be traded on various centralised and decentralised exchanges, with the most active trading pair being DAFI/USDT on LATOKEN. The project’s token economy is structured to incentivize users to contribute to liquidity and staking, and it can be implemented by any network to reward its users without risking hyperinflation.
The synthetic tokens created by Dafi are tied to the adoption of each network, such that as demand rises, the quantity of synthetics increases; conversely, as demand declines, the quantity reduces. This mechanism is designed to attract long-term users to support network adoption and prevent the risk of excess token emission.
