Bridged Curve.Fi USD Stablecoin (Stargate) is a stablecoin project that allows users to mint CRVUSD by using various crypto collaterals. It operates on a Curve Stablecoin infrastructure, where positions are managed passively. If the price of the collateral decreases, the position enters soft-liquidation mode, where some of the collateral is converted to CRVUSD. Conversely, if the collateral's price increases, the system reclaims the collateral by converting CRVUSD back to the original token. This process can potentially incur losses due to soft-liquidations and de-liquidations.
