CSR Plastic Credit is a digital receipt that proves plastic waste has been removed from the environment. Similar to Carbon Credits, it represents a fixed amount of plastic waste removed and recycled.

For every kilo of plastic waste removed from the environment, Corsair issues and releases 10 CSR Plastic Credits into circulation. This is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain, ensuring transparency and public accountability.

By acquiring and retiring CSR Plastic Credits, individuals and companies can offset the amount of plastic waste they generate each month, thereby becoming certified Plastic Neutral. The credits are tradeable on various digital asset exchanges.

The process, led by Corsair Group, involves 'plastic pyrolysis,' which converts plastic waste into Advanced Bio-oil, usable for environmentally friendly fuels and new plastic products.
