Creditcoin
The Creditcoin project is designed to match and record credit transactions and advance the credit history of transacting parties on a foundational L1 blockchain. By facilitating an inter-blockchain lending market, Creditcoin supports loan cycle history records on the blockchain itself but allows loan payment and repayment transactions on other supported blockchains, currently including Bitcoin and Ethereum. This approach aims to create an objective and public ledger for credit history and loan performance, enhancing trust and verifiability for lenders and borrowers. Creditcoin's primary goal is to increase trust and facilitate efficient capital allocation in developing global credit markets, ultimately striving to democratize global credit market access for retail investors.
