Better is a web3 sports betting game that rewards users' sports knowledge. It seeks to combat gambling addiction by gamifying the sports betting industry using blockchain technology. The game revolves around Fan Cards, which facilitate betting. Different types of Fan Cards exist, including Rookie, Epic, Champion, and Legend, though initially only Rookie cards are available. These cards start with 100 energy points which decrease with every bet, and they can be restored by burning $BTB tokens. Users can also upgrade their cards by burning $BTB tokens. Cards have 4 gem slots that can be unlocked at certain levels, and minting can be performed by users as well. Gems are also involved, with four types each offering different attributes.
