The platform currently supports over 184 tickers and includes a "BASED TRADE TO EARN" mechanism. The native token is BASED.
Functionality
based.markets operates by allowing users to post intents for trades, which are then claimed by other users. Once an intent is claimed, both parties are immutably bound into the trade, ensuring that all trades are solvent at all times. This methodology eliminates the need for liquidity pools, order books, and oracle-based trading, providing a more efficient and economically sound trading environment.
The BASED Flywheel
The platform's core mechanism involves a continuous cycle of trading, earning, and generating fees. As more users trade on based.markets, they earn more BASED tokens. This increased trading activity generates more fees, which in turn drive up the value of the BASED token.
