Autonolas, also referred to as Olas, is a unified network of off-chain services, including automation, oracles, and co-owned AI. It provides a platform for building these services and incentivizing their creation in a decentralized manner. The network is suitable for merging crypto and AI, performing complex logic autonomously, and dealing with on- and off-chain data. A key use case is Governatooorr, an AI governance delegate for DAOs. The Autonolas DAO was created in summer 2022, with a public token launch in July 2023. The OLAS token grants access to core network functions and enables users to operate off-chain services and possess governance rights. OLAS also fuels a system of developer incentives, with governance members able to use it to boost donations to 'useful code'.
