Atlas is developing a decentralized finance (DeFi) base layer that enables a complex game theory notation for achieving maximum value between users and the ecosystem. The base layer token, Universal Store of Value (USV), is distinct among other tokens due to its backing by the Atlas treasury, attributing it a rising intrinsic value known as "the book value". The treasury comprises five parts: Stables, USV Liquidity, Passive Growth Tokens, Partner Tokens, and Other Atlas Layers. Stables and USV Pool tokens are necessary for minting USV. A Passive Growth portfolio of tokens, which maximizes the portfolio's formula, is in the works. Atlas USV targets to be the default currency for DeFi, with upcoming partnerships. Atlas will launch more layers with distinct utilities and tokens that increase Atlas USV value as the treasury accumulates these tokens.
