- Rewards: bETH tokens accrue TerraUSD rewards, funded from the Ethereum staking rewards of stETH, which are sold for UST and distributed to bETH holders.
Usage
- Collateral: bETH tokens are used as collateral to borrow Terra stablecoins from Anchor.
- Redemption: bETH holders can redeem their tokens for their underlying stETH through Ethereum-side bETH contracts.
