What Altitude Offers
Altitude aims to bridge the gap by offering a solution for transferring blue chip digital assets. This addresses a significant problem in the current multi-chain landscape, where bridging between chains is often a weak link.
Motivation
The need for a secure and reliable bridge is underscored by recent hacks, such as the wormhole and ronin bridge hacks, which resulted in significant losses. Altitude seeks to provide a more secure and efficient solution.
Governance Token
The native token of Altitude DeFi, ALTD, is a governance token. Liquidity providers can stake into single-sided asset pools with zero impermanent loss, earning fees from inbound transfers regardless of the originating chain. This eliminates the need for users to swap undesirable assets on the destination chain or worry about transfer failures due to irregularities.
Vision
Altitude's vision is to enable Web3 users to access a seamless, single transaction process and promote cross-chain liquidity from one blockchain to another.
