The Algodex Token, symbolized as ALGX, serves as the rewards and governance token for the Algodex platform. Algodex is notable for being the first order book decentralized exchange to support transactions involving Algorand Standard Assets (ASAs). Launched on Mainnet on February 10, 2022, the ALGX token will primarily function as a governance tool for all token holders and provide rewards to platform users. Additionally, Algodex offers a secondary DApp called Algodex Mailbox, which streamlines bulk token distribution of ASAs and facilitates opt-in communication.
