Aeron is a blockchain-based platform designed to reduce air transport-related accidents using a robust and cryptographically secure database. It has identified a number of causes for accidents including inexperienced pilots, corrupt flight schools, and aircraft operator negligence, with the primary data driving any decision affected as a result. Information on the blockchain will be 100% transparent and secured by a multi-sig authentication system to prevent security breaches. Aeron also uses an ERC20 compliant Ethereum-based token (ARN), fixed at 20 million tokens, which will be released back into the network when exchanged for services.
